At Sahrali, we take great care in ensuring the quality of our perfumes before they reach you.
Please note:

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Returns are only accepted if the product arrives damaged or faulty.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@sahrali.com.au with the following:

Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@sahrali.com.au.
Once your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund depending on availability.
We are unable to accept returns for any products that have been opened or used due to hygiene reasons.
